Ginny's offers four countertop convection ovens ranging in price from $99.95 to $179.99. One of them may be a great way to start until you're able to purchase a full oven appliance with the convection option.

Default countertop convection oven

My wall oven has a convection oven setting. I cook foods in it at a slightly lower temp, for the same amount of time.

I also recommend the Pampered Chef bamboo tongs
