Angry Bad customer service,missing equpiment parts.Please don't waste your time .

Bad customer service,missing equpiment parts.Please don't waste your time .
We orderGym equipment,when we got it ,it was missing
instructions,gym workout book on which the box said
we would get,missing gym part's.We called customer
servive they were rude,would not let us talk to a supervisor or owner of the company.They hanged up on us.
They would not mail us the instructions for the equpiment.
The customer service is rude and they don't care about
customer's.We are never ordering from this bad company
again.And we are turning them into the Better Business
Bureau Complaint Board,and putting them on every complaint
board we can find.

This is surprising to me. I've been a customer of ginnys for a long while now and I can tell you they have never been anything but nice and concerned to me with prompt attention to any questions or problems I might have.

Give them another try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

how did you pay for them?

You can try a credit card charge back. First. call your CC company first to see what you have to do to fulfill their charge back requirements.
