I have been a Ginny's customer for about 2 months and up until today I was very pleased. I just washed the towels i purchased last month for the first time and they look horrible. I followed the instructions to the letter because i know how Egyptian Cotton can behave sometimes.. but these towels have all kinds of little lent beads on them and snags and they look like i have had them for years... If this is how they all are I say please dont make the mistake i did with this product!!!!
